You can bet there will be SOMETHING in 24 to force the mail-ins. That's why we should be very worried. Two elections stolen now and nothing has been done about reform. Meanwhile we're chasing balloons and trains and taking our eye off the prize. If 45 is gonna take it back, something must be done!
