There is a very similar situation where I live. Saturday (18 Feb) there was/is a huge gaggle of tank cars parked outside of Hoquiam/Aberdeen (Curt Cobain-ville), WA. It's not so much of them being parked, but rather the location they elected to park them. Directly across the two lane highway of the tank cars is Hoquiam High School...... kids are kids, I observed several that were crawling all over them as I drove by..
