I’m sure Pfizer has its lawyers in full attack mode. By removing James the board can state they are taking corrective actions.

The board may be intimidated cowards, but James is not. This is not an issue he would fall on his sword for. In fact, I believe he would welcome the conflict. Imagine discovery for a trial?
