'Mass Casualty Incident' reported after explosion at Ohio metal plant

A large explosion at a metal manufacturing plant has set off a 'mass casualty incident' in Bedford, Ohio on Monday afternoon. A large plume of smoke can be seen coming from the plant.

I wonder if the train and metal manufacturing plant are related to the production and shipping of materials for the tanks and other military equipment destined for The Big U
