I have never heard a train engine sound like some old logging rig, in America. This is some POS from India from my prospective. I will send this to some folks that retired from the tracks and see what they say.
Contact worked in this tri-state location, he said that track would be out of service. Said, never seen a track in that bad of shape on his watch, 40 years on the job before retiring recently. Thank you. Did he suggest it was in another country? Because there is clearly a train on those tracks, albeit, moving slowly. Who knows? So much deception online. This could have happened after an earthquake or flood that disrupted the tracks, or maybe it's not even in the USA. Appreciate the follow up and glad to hear it would be out of commission.
