I agree with you. There was a very nice post made a few weeks ago, maybe months, that I thought I saved but did not. It talked about the Federal Register and other major oddities that is ongoing...the path still leads to the LoW manual being used, and the Brunsen case does not go with it. I do agree with others, that the Brunsen case could very well just be a backup plan if all else fails.
We will see, but I didn't think the Brunsen case would lead to anything.
