JOK mentioned that they had essentially a fundamental difference of opinion, on fundraising I'm assuming. The board appeared to have an issue with his expenditures (black cars,etc), but JOK believes they were not unnecessary. Though that was probably the start of the coup anyway, board doesn't really give a shit about expenses. Their mission was to get him out.
