Hey friend, what do you think they have been doing with the Internet of Things, Smart Phone, and TV. They have already brung the fight to your home. You just don't know it yet.
Passive houses are a thing. Everyone should be on board for better built homes. Better to build it right and cry once than to cry every time you get your utility bills. Most homes though are absolute dog shit and leak as much air as an entry door would left open if not more. Mandating current homes or rentals to be renovated to new standards wouldn't be feasible if that's what their objective is. I'm certainly not going to read through that shit to find out but I suspect some falsehoods are being injected.
I do not fear death. Bring the fight to my home.

I’m aware but stabbing my tv in the face isn’t what I was talking about.
Asymetic War at its finest. Good luck.
Heed his word, that beauty is what you are fighting for.
I looked up what he mentioned, and it's true:
Energy Performance of Building Directive
2033 - All home in Energy Class D
2050 - All homes zero emissions
Will cost 100,000 Euros or 106,536.50 United States Dollars
GOAL: To make you lose your home.
What does energy rating D mean?
These scores are divided into bands as follows: EPC rating A = 92-100 SAP points (most efficient) EPC rating B = 81-91 SAP points. EPC rating C = 69-80 SAP points. EPC rating D = 55-68 SAP points. THE ONLY WAY TO BEAT THIS: DO NOT COMPLY, BE DISOBEDIENT.
AND WE MUST ALL STICK TOGETHER.
Thank you.
The trick will be knowing when they hand this down to the American people.
This is clearly another act of war on the American people.
Welcome, fren.
"What does energy rating D mean?"
