The more time that passes the more difficult it becomes to reconcile "we have it all" with why we have to keep letting elections get stolen to get more evidence or whatever it is we're trying to suggest we gain by letting them get stolen. A pretend retreat or rout from the battlefield to lure an overconfident enemy into an ambush is great, but it actually needs to be followed up by an ambush, otherwise it's actually just a retreat. The longer this goes on the less I can see a plan and the more I see the damage of letting it go on.
