Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) has filed a criminal referral against Norfolk Southern following the train derailment that occurred earlier this month.

Yep, just posted this as a data point, now surely DeSwine will follow suit and they’ll proceed to throw the train company “under the bus”
