On February 27, the Biden admin is preparing to sign up the United States to a “legally binding” accord with the World Health Organization that would give this Geneva-based UN subsidiary the authority to dictate America’s policies during a pandemic.

Unless I am mistaken, I saw a report 1 or 2 weeks back about how the WHO was (reluctantly) required to drop their desired amendments to the relevant accord, amendments that would give them priority over the policies of national governments that signed on and obligate signatories to conform to WHO dictates.
However, the Pandemic Treaty is apparently alive and kicking, and potentially could do the exact same thing.
