Why would Putin agree to a temporarily suspending operations so Biden could visit Ukraine? Why would he allow a publicity stunt he knows is being staged to justify continuing the war?

I think it shows Putin knows it can't do him any harm, so let him come and beg Russia for permission to enter Ukraine and request a ceasefire to keep him safe now that their skies are effectively controlled by Russia. The western media shills will paint it as a great show of strength and unity, but I bet Russian media are laughing their collective socks off about it!
