To the WHO: If you like your pandemics, you can keep your pandemics. But personally, I don't like your global pandemics, so today I am dictating that the USA will be closing all of it's borders indefinitely to non-US citizens, and all goods (including resources) produced outside of the country.
Any US citizen looking to enter the US from abroad (or potentially authorized foreign citizens) will be required to quarantine for a minimum of 1 month prior to entry.
Also, any foreign balloons, blimps, or other aircraft capable of delivering biological, or chemical weapons entering into US airspace will be shot down immediately, and a retaliatory kinetic strike targeting the point of origin of said craft shall follow.
