I believe that they had an even worse bug and LA was ground zero. Hence the "military drill" on Wilshire boulevard. Probably why they started impeachment because Trump was sniffing around Ukraine and found more than money laundering.

Deep state panicked and went to make a quick substitute, fancy flu is what we got.
