Billy Gatesofhell doesn't do anything unless he stands to make a huge profit with it that he more than likely manipulates in his favor. For me, it's not so much what he could do to this shitty product (won't discount that idea, though) and more so what is he going to try to do to non-shitty products that compete with it?
