REMINDER: The Wikieaks vault leaks which remain online, clearly showed that the Clandestine parts of the USA Government were developing hacking tools to make it look like others attacked. So they could hack a company, and then make it look like Russia did it.

So this denotes the will to do this kind of thing.

How can we believe a word the US Government says?

The Politicians are not even in charge.
