Yeah a lot of "conspiracies" surround empty walmarts and their convenient locations. Rumors of tunnels linking them together. I dont doubt it, but never seen anything 100% convincing either.

I know they allow massive fraud of the EBT system. People in states with soda deposits will convert their EBT to cash through soda cans. Just sit in the parking lot dumping out case after case. Basically turn every $5 into $1.20 cash, at our expense.
