Sather's brother is well-known influencer IET17, who founded the now disgraced influencer club WeTheMedia on Truth Social.

Depending on who you ask, WeTheMedia was either a group of well-meaning patriots who were infiltrated by DS agents, or a honeypot set up with the intent of controlling the message on Truth Social.
