I popped it open. Right off the bat, it cited a series of quotations about "the earth" being immovable. Pathetic. You realize that the word "earth" was in reference to the ground we stand on, not to a planet?
No bother. It is more important to see what is than to read old writings about what is. Moreover, human technology and enterprise is based on transportation on and around a global Earth. It is simply a fact. And either you can lay it to these writings being in error, or you can stand back and realize that someone dating from the time of Babylon and Egypt was simply not equipped to understand what Earth the planet was. It was not important that they know. The only importance was the Law and the Gospel.
Creation is God's Word, even more so than anything recorded by man. It is a wonder that you do not respect it as much.
If you trusted His Word in His Creation, you would pay attention to the physical reality---but you do not. You shun it. I have already pointed out that Christ saw no problem with a spherical Earth. Why should you?
The fact remains that the Earth is round. The entire civilization of Earth relies on this. Manned satellites go around the spherical Earth. I am speaking the truth, which is God's. You are comforting yourself with darkness.
Moreover, there is no coherent picture or theory of a flat Earth. There is no way you can make a flat map of the entire Earth without distortion, as mapmakers have known from centuries ago. Yet, if the Earth were flat, there should be no problem making a flat map without distortion. It can't be done. I bet you were not aware of this. No one has been able to...because the Earth's surface is curved in all directions, not flat.
That's because none of them had anything to do with a flat Earth. It is your reading into it that you are displaying. A "firmament' means the sky. That's all it means. "Unmovable earth" simply means the ground is firm to stand on, not teetery like a raft. And since the Earth is not flat, there is no reason to misconstrue the Bible in order to think it says so. The Lord does not despise the doubters; He provides the proof to dispel doubt---as Christ invited Thomas to touch his wounds. Christ didn't have any problem with the commonly held understanding that the Earth was round. He never spoke against it. Why should you?
You are dedicated to that globe doctrine. You refuse to the the Word speak for itself. Sad. Man's wisdom is foolishness to God. You can put your faith in man.
Space exploration is the biggest money laundering operation and grift ever.
Have you figured out which day of creation He spun everything for no good reason?
We're done here. It's disappointing you couldn't even give that article a full read. But you should do more than that. Read then test it. But you reduced yourself to basically stomping your feet and demanding that the textbook is holy.
I don't need to read "articles" when the proof of the world is all around us, and has been since Creation. You are the one who is hiding from the world. As for the day of creation, the first day had light and darkness, so that was the rotation of the Earth. It is right in front of you and you won't see it. And you are the one who stomps your feet and argues that what we see, touch, and feel is not Creation.

Wow. Me not respecting God's Creation, is me Trusting His Word OVER the words of modern corrupt man.
Such a bow you've tied your tongue into. Jeremiah 9.

Let's Also just recognize that you claim to believe the Bible, demanded citations. Then refused to read and study them.
