That is why my husband and I put the pause on moving to Florida and now opted for Tennessee. We both had a feeling that Florida will be no better than PA soon.
Good choice. Have lived in Florida since 2011 and purchased home then when no one wanted to live in Florida! Recently sold home in Florida because home prices are astronomical and apparently everyone wants to pay these insane home prices because they think Florida is going to miraculously change their lives! We are moving out of Florida as it has become overpriced and way to overcrowded!
