Basically, black hats = pure evil.
White hats = good people trying to win this war.
red hats = amoral mercenaries. Will switch (or surrender) once the black hats are visibly beaten
orange hats = decent people who are totally brainwashed. Need to see the truth come from a trusted face they watch daily
yellow hats = don't want to see or hear anything. Will shift when the fear of staying as they are is greater than the fear of the change
green hats = awakened people who don't know what to do
blue hats = people actually helping the white hats
He pretty much implies that the military people and others running this plan are targeting ALL of these groups in various ways. He also says that both sides are deliberately trying to keep everyone confused about what is actually happening
Interesting when you consider that Pepe is a green frog with a blue shirt. Anons are a mix between awake and don't know how to help and actively assisting. At least the white hats know they've got lots of frens here waiting to help once we know what is needed.
