Former American Airlines CEO Doug Parker stepping down as chairman

Gregory Smith, a member of American Airlines’ board, will take over for Parker.

I was in an airport during the crony. AA took out and delayed my plane for service all day, I was in a gate for 8 hours with over 200 people.

When I asked to get another plane, AA told me I bought a non-refundable ticket and had to wait for my plane to get 'serviced'.

Don't trust the airlines.
