Heard through the scuttlebutt grapevine that there's a major computer chip company eyeing up land in that area and they need a shit ton of water for the operation... Rumor has it they deliberately blew that shit up to drive the land prices down so they could get them cheap. Not sure if it's bs or not as i haven't dug on it yet. More later (maybe). Hit me up if you find anything out pursuant to that.
