Definitely have them believing they are a moral and just mafia. Jim Jones cultists x 1m. Media bombards them with gov is good and has them eating out of their hands. If the media weren't on their side preaching criminal tolerance, the cabal would be fkd. It's essential that they dominate the narrative.
