Somewhat incoherent rantings. His biography is hard to find (see this example: https://wikibious.com/sergej-sumlenny/) but it seems he was born in Germany and lives in Berlin. His first name has the characteristic eastern slavic substitution of "j" for the Cyrillic "i", so he could have Polish or Czech parents. His attitude seems consistent with Polish revanchism.
