They knew there would be blowback from a stolen election. Especially an obviously stolen election. They had their internal polling numbers that showed them just how much they would have to cheat, and it was a LOT. They saw the Trump rallies. They saw the traffic that was miles long. They knew.
Question is, why? Why risk it? If Trump hadn't gone after them all in 3+ years already, what did they know was coming? It had to be something so big they would do anything in their power to stop it.

I think it could be a contingency plan, but more likely they will set it up themselves so they could prosecute MAGA. These people are evil and smart and they would come after usonce they get trump out of office.

Look all she says is the guy said they were planning something in summer 2020 and the justification was because Trump was erratic. They were stealing the election in the most blatant way in history. You don't think they considered what they would do if people protested or rioted? Of course they did. It doesn't mean they knew what was going to happen or when it was going to happen. But a discussion, plans drawn up, on how they would deal with any backlash from the public is understandable.
