So 2 years after WW2 ended some german dude, Haas, heads up NIAID. Think "operation paperclip " SO SUCCESSFUL we have had nothing but allergies and infectious diseases ever since. BUT when funding is dependent on solving a problem. Better make sure you have got one to solve.
