Your welcome, i spent alot of time in solitude, at first it was terrifying but then something happened, something incredible. I suggest everyman should spent some time in solitude and this includes no porn, no sex no masterbation or release of any kind. Semen retention, that shit changed my life and my God what an incredible experience

Well, I wholeheartedly agree with your first half...

On your second half I could see the benefits of being master of you body, mind and soul...instead if its' slave...so much of those things you listed are really just distractions...and very often destroy lives...I have seen it happen...
