I'm at ground zero and it's as bad as you would think. I knew the cartel had a presence, but I didnt know they ran AZ. Now that I have this information my sensors are on over drive. I was already picturing it was cartels who where doing the handouts around the homeless encampment. Their guilty conscience makes them stick out. Im sure I make some wrong assumptions but some will be right. The AZ Senate wouldn't have had that speaker if they do not already have a plan in place to deal with the criminals. I hope it's the end game and I hope the White Hats are a part of this.
