Conspiracy is true.
Conspiracy isn't true, or false. Conspiracy is just the act, and a conspiracy theory is the theory of the act existing...which is also not a true or false statement.
Which is the point. They're conflating the two and using "conspiracy" as a dogwhistle to their audience to interpret all conspiracies as false theories.
