I was told California has no sewers for drainage..hum? Maybe the Governor should work on getting that infrastructure fixed.

not true, there are flood basins in Los Angeles that empty into the ocean. Socal water is either from Sierra snowpack or the Colorado river. Nor Cal has big reservoirs but Ahole in charge empty them into the ocean
