According to the chans, it has apparently been validated that Hobbs had a bunch of mortgages from sham companies. But I have not seen anything that would prove as much…only that they claim that it checks out. Still, something seems incredibly strange here.
The first thing that stinks bad to me is the whole origin of the story. It comes from a lawyer that stuck his dick in crazy, then suffered predictable consequences. Although perhaps the consequences were far more extreme than normal. It’s a really odd origin to me. Doesn’t mean its bogus, but gives me pause.
How did this story end up in the legislature? Something like this can’t really be a surprise to the members, can it? Wouldn’t you think that some of the compromised would be sure to torpedo this kind of testimony? That part stinks too.
Maybe I am off base on this, but it also seems like this is not the full story either. Like as in they have not completed investigating any of this. Why do you go public when you haven’t got all your ducks in a row? Seems like a recipe to make it harder to keep digging when they are aware of being outed. Wouldn’t surprise me if all of a sudden some kind of extra gatekeeping is quickly rolled out into the AZ public records system to keep you from being able to pull records from wherever there is an internet connection.
It seems like this story, if true, would have far bigger legs than it does. Sure, we see some twitter keywords trending. But not in numbers that you’d expect for such a story. Beyond TGP, I haven’t seen any other publications write about this story. Except for some that are questionably lower credibility than even TGP.
Are the allegations believable? Yes. But its still a pretty big leap for most, even among us here who are used to all sorts of crazy sounding stuff being true. I don’t know where I stand on this. I’m inherently skeptical of most things; this one is giving me some red flags.
What say all of you?
You are asking the wrong question:
I think the ducks ARE in a row, however, the story is so complicated that it is impossible to convey in the five minutes that are allocated in congressional hearings. Have you listened to John Thaler in the longer-form Brannon Howse interview? There are tens of thousands of incriminating documents: This investigation that started long before the 2020 elections, at the behest of insurance companies and the like, who had lost money, started connecting the dots. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark (akshually Arizona, if not the rest of the USA).

We are only at the beginning of the story. By all means, dig deeper and be skeptical. Yes, and be aware that there is some smearing going on, because Thaler married one of the embedded peeps before finding out that she was implicated: the split was messy, because they had a two-year old child at that time. Furthermore, when these people (the cartels) want to get rid of someone they will use any weak point, including a child. Thaler also said that there have been at least six attempts on his life.
I think the story is going to grow those legs you are talking about. At the moment, the MSM are in a state of see no evil, speak no evil.
This is true. I’m not sure that it means what you’re suggesting though. If MSM came out and said “A conspiracy theorist testified about baseless allegations of mortgage fraud among Arizona officials…” then we would know we are over the target.
