Technically, you might say "the moon is flat" and be correct.
"This cider is flat", where 'flat' means depleted of CO2 aka non-carbonated. AFAIK, the moon has no atmosphere (hey, I'm not talking from first hand experience here, so who really knows?), and thus, has no CO2, and is thus technically not carbonated.
Unlike my cider, which isn't flat. It's quite bubbly, infact.
