OK I tried searching and found nothing. does anyone know the name of the woman in England, she is some nobility, but she's the head of the witches in England and Putin once remarked that he was intimidated by her presence.

Looked her up on wiki she is American. this Gal was high born English bitch, She supposedly meet satin roaming her Castle and "was not impressed'' by him. Arrogant that's for sure.
