As fun a story as it sounds, unfortunately it’s fake news. There are a couple mountain regions where it snows annually. So the last snow in Saudi Arabia was… last year. And the year before.
It doesn’t snow that heavy normally, so maybe that is what the person posting the video was trying to say, but the title is definitely wrong.
