I remembered reading somewhere about what a Kraken comm means. I dug it up a few minutes ago. A Kraken represents a payoff to cease hostilities between two groups or countries. A Kraken payoff is usually done with cryptocurrency.

So is Katie Hobbs comm with the empty Kraken Bottle that she doesn’t have the crypto to pay for the election to be rigged? Her shoulder shrug is like she’s apologizing for asking for more?
