
What's interesting about this is that the record # for the Jessica York that appears in the Thaler Law report does not match that in the official record, which gives York the # 333453 and the "Jessica York" who appears on the alleged fraudulent forms has the # 549041. There are NINE "Yorks" in all!

The expired Notary number should also be listed on the AR SoS website. The "549041" is not listed past or present though. This either means its non-existent or it is, for some reason, not listed. I'm not sure if the web page lists a complete history of notary numbers... However Notary commissions last for a period of 4-years.
