This is a true article but doesn't take into account the more serious heart issues caused by the vax...the heart issues from covid are decidedly mild compared to the heart issues from the vax...

They suggest you..“control the things we know how to control,” such as the risk factors that might put them at higher risk of heart disease to begin with, such as obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

How about control whether or not you take any clot shot/boosters?? I would start there...
