On Monday the U.N. released a report on solar radiation modification, saying the "speculative group of technologies" needs formal study and governance rules.

If they can block the sun even slightly, they can rush the mini-iceage in, and it would kill billions of people worldwide. Their goal would be met. Anyone attempting this should be sent to GITMO or just executed on sight. It is attempted genocide on a massive scale.
