Think about it: if someone received an organ that had been “preserved” by fentanyl, then upon the receiving the organ the recipient would be exposed to a potentially lethal dose (especially if the fentanyl killed the donor in the first place).
Organ harvesting for the elite definitely happens, but fentanyl is not used for organ preservation, especially when other less dangerous techniques for that already exist. The fentanyl’s purpose is to keep the American populace drugged up and unable to push back, with the side benefit of population reduction.
How many of those OD's were buried intact -- no organs harvested? Zero. Fentanyl is designed to facilitate organ harvesting. Follow the $$$.
