A government-appointed San Francisco committee says qualified Black residents should receive $5 million each in reparations. Critics, including some reparations advocates, dismiss the idea.

So now there will be a 2nd market for selling your position before you reach the front of the line. So position is Always a healthy motivation in the daily pursuit of happiness. Capitalism is a healthier motivator than socialism
