Who pumped so much CS gas into the building that the children's bones cracked from muscle contractions after suffocating to death? I can see the FBI ordering it but I don't think they were the clowns operating the vehicle.

Also note the original warrant was based on an obvious lie by someone with every incentive to lie and they knew it was a lie.
