Kris Jordan, an Ohio state House representative from Ostrander, died at the age of 46. Jordan previously served two terms in the Ohio Senate.

Thats a horrible disease. I knew a guy that was diabetic in his late teens, and he found out by going into a coma. :(

That’s generally how people discover they have “become” a Type 1 diabetic. My child experienced flu like symptoms that got progressively worse until they were nearly gone and virtually catatonic.

Trip to the ER diagnosed them in a few minutes, full recovery in about 30 minutes. Lifetime of treatment required.
