'Chah'!. Before the breakup of the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact, Moscow negotiated with NATO that all the fromer Warsaw Pact member States would remain neutral. And it was negotiated, agreed, and signed by all parties that NATO would not expand into any former Warsaw Pact nations...... NATO LIED.
