As a nurse, I once cared for a former police officer. (This was a skilled/rehab position and the patient was in his 60’s and of sound mind.). He told me officers routinely carried a “throw away” in case needed in a crime or arrest. That tells me that many an arrestee was being framed. So when yo read about the Arizona corruption below, don’t kid yourself, corruption is in every city and every state. This is why indictments are many and it is taking forever.
I agree completely... Cheers fren...
A few weeks after our son, E, got his driver's license, he took his car and went to a friend's party. He was about midnight and he did not come to a complete stop at a stop sign. He had looked and saw no cars. Now he was definitely in the wrong for not stopping. A cop pulled him over and pulled his 350 magnum on E and took him to the police station. E was breathalyzed and was sober. The cop ended up getting kicked off of the force not just because of our son but he had done the same type of thing with many others. On the whole, I think LEO is good but there are definitely nutcases among them.
Some people only need to be given (any kind of) uniform and they suddenly think they are God.
Just as with doctors, you have good people and bad who want to be cops.
I have a hard time believing there are over a MILLION surgeons on this planet. Think of it. These are people who have no problem slicing open a living human being and fishing around in their smelly revolting guts, doing stuff. In fact they get up in the dark of the morning every day to go do it, many while wearing a heavy microscope on their head, with their aching neck flexed for hours, a human life in their hands.
Over. A million.
That means there have to be millions MORE who probably enjoyed capturing and cutting open animals as kids, but never completed or never made it to medical school.
Still, hats off to the good caring surgeons out there, saving lives and eyesight and other functions for people who needed them!! And hats off to all the good coppers out there, risking their lives to protect strangers while not abusing their power and authority. You know who you are!! ::hat tip::
I think in some instances police are using excessive force or are framing some just to close the books or to protect others.
Yep.
