Seriously! I live in Phoenix and have for almost 30 years. This is the coldest, longest winter I have ever experienced. It has been Cloudy, windy, cold and rainy since early November with only a few nice, warm sunny days. Many many mornings of waking up to frost and even having to scrape windshields. Flagstaff, 2 hrs north at 7000 ft elevation has had more snow than I have ever seen. I just got another winter storm warning from Coconino county. I ran a VRBO for 10 yrs in PHX and ppl come from all over the world to enjoy our nice winters. It's usually 75 in Feb/March but today it's 60, dreary and is going to rain again. This is the effect of a grand solar minimum.
