My wife declined the Hepatitis B vaccine for my newborn. We argued about it. I’m scared to death of making the wrong decision. I’m asking for help, what do you guys think is appropriate for newborn vaccines? The nurse came to our house and told us if we didn’t get the vaccines they wouldn’t work with us anymore. I brought up autism and she said that the person who came out with that lost their medical license and there are ZERO negative side effects for the Hep B vax. Exact words.
It was a long and hard pregnancy. My wife has had trauma in her past and refused any meds (which I was conflicted about because it was a nightmare to live through) and now she may be suffering from post-partem depression. She is way more anti-vax than I am, hates hospitals and doctors after what has happened, and I can’t blame her. Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated.
I would absolutely decline them ALL. The vax industry is corrupt to the core and has been for a very long time, likely since the beginning. I used to be a bit more ambivalent, but the more I research, the more shocked I become. One great book to start with is a fairly new one: Turtles All the Way Down. For perspective, we have a large family and have been wrestling with the vaccine issue for many, many years now. Regarding your wife’s postpartum depression, etc, I sympathize deeply. Look into progesterone supplementation (high-potency bio identical creams are available over the counter), help make sure she gets good nutrition and rest, her baby with her as much as possible (contact with Baby is very settling while even brief separation is often an almost panicking experience), and do all you can to listen to her and support her. Feeling that you are on her side about natural health care and will defend her/your children against mainstream medical propaganda will likely help calm her fears and stress now more than you can imagine.
Regarding what the nurse said, look for a new practice to work with (if you feel you must have one at all). They are paid substantial bonuses if 100% of children in their office are vaxxed. Hep B may not be directly associated with autism, but all vaccines have side effects and risks. A newborn is at near zero risk for getting hepatitis to begin with, their immature systems don’t derive immunity from it anyway, and there have been MORE deaths population-wide (still very few) since the vax became common, not less. Besides all that, any medical provider that threatens you for not doing what they want is a danger to your family that will only get worse over time.
Modern medicine thrives on your fear and resultant obedience. Get out of the matrix.
