I took that shit for years until they took it off the shelf.
No thanks to my doctor, I figured out I don't even have excess acid. I have too little acid. Apparently if the acid level is too low, the upper/lower sphincters don't work right which allows acid in the throat and blocks food in the stomach for too long.
Now, if I get heartburn, I knock back 1/4 to 1/2 shot of apple cider vinegar. Problem solved. Haven't taken any pharma in months now. Much cheaper too.
My guess is nearly every big pharma pill, including otc, are really bad for you
This. I take otc benadryl to sleep as my other cancer drugs cause insomnia. I read the I gradients last week and found it contained vinyl chloride (equate brand) try to look online and that's not listed. Why in heavens name would they put vinyl chloride in it?
I used to do this as well, but recently learned there's a risk of dementia if you take Benadryl for extended periods. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/common-anticholinergic-drugs-like-benadryl-linked-increased-dementia-risk-201501287667
Yeah, I knew about that. Probably better to just to get off it and just not sleep well.
it showed effectiveness against Covid so take it for what it is worth. Can't find the sauce at the moment. Similar to the sudden recommended stop in aspirin (blood clots)
More people need to sue for drugs that cause harm.
This makes me livid. Zantac was routinely prescribed to babies with reflux. Including several of my kids. Then a stupid pharmacist also filled my infants script at like 10x the normal dose. It was insane.
