I fast for 20 hours Monday - Friday, my eating hours are 4 PM - 8pm. I eat earlier on weekends and have a 8 hour window because my husband is home and we like food. I feel better and have more energy since I've been doing the 20 hour fasting.
That is interesting...thanks for sharing...I am sure some days my eating window is less than 8 hours, but I am not sure I could last 20 hours...it gives me food for thought...haha...
I didn't intend to fast, it happened by accident. I found myself not eating until my husband got home from work and I realized I felt better so I just kept doing it since my body was already adjusted to it.
