We know enough about biology, terraforming, engineering, etc to know there is no point to so much undeveloped land

Texas alone could probably house two or three freedom cities

Also this is a hint...

That the globalist strongholds active within our borders are about to be eliminated. Dark to light, perhaps the underground war is ending and it is time to finish the above ground component
